Full: Full Voting Membership - In each Full Voting Membership, either husband or wife may vote, hold elected office, or serve on elected committees, and exercise all other rights of membership, as defined below, provided there shall only be only one vote per membership.  The average age of the spouses, in whole years, will determine the type of membership (Senior or Intermediate).

Senior: Any person 36 years of age or over shall be eligible to become a Senior Full Voting Member.  A Senior Full Voting Member shall have all of the privileges of membership, including the right to vote, hold office and to maintain a boat at the Toledo Yacht Club.

Intermediate:  Any person over the age of 18 and who has not attained the age of 36 shall be eligible to become an Intermediate Full Voting Member.  An Intermediate Full Voting Member shall have privileges of membership equivalent to a Senior Full Voting Member, including the right to vote, hold office and to maintain a boat at the Toledo Yacht Club.

Social:  Social Non-Voting Membership - Any person 36 years of age or over shall be eligible to become a Senior Social Non-Voting Member with all of the privileges of membership including the appointment to committees. The average age of the spouses, in whole years, will determine the type of membership (Senior or Intermediate).

Senior:  A Senior Social Non-Voting Member may not maintain a boat on corporation premises, vote or hold office therein.  A Senior Full Voting Member may, on proper application, change to this classification upon unanimous affirmative approval of the Board of Trustees and the payment of a fee satisfactory to them.

Intermediate:  Any person over the age of 18 and who has not attained the age of 36 shall be eligible to become an Intermediate Social Non-Voting Member with all of the privileges of membership including the appointment to committees.  An Intermediate Social Non-Voting Member may not maintain a boat on corporation premises, vote or hold office therein.  An Intermediate Full Voting Member may, on proper application, change to this classification upon unanimous affirmative approval of the Board of Trustees and the payment of a fee satisfactory to them.

Summer Social: Summer Social Non-Voting Membership - Any person over the age of 21 years whose permanent residence is located outside a line beyond a radius of fifty (50) miles of the corporation’s facilities and premises shall be eligible to become a Summer Social Non-Voting Member.  Summer Social Non-Voting Members shall have all of the privileges of membership but may not maintain a boat on corporate premises, vote or hold office therein.

Junior: Junior Membership (under 25 years) - Any person directly related to one of the aforementioned classes of membership and who has not attained the age of 25 years shall be eligible to become a Junior Member with all of the privileges of membership, but may not vote or hold office therein.  Junior Members may maintain a boat on corporate premises.  Junior Members may serve on appointed committees.  One-half (1/2) of the dues paid by a Junior Member shall be applied as a reduction in the initiation fee or other charges when the membership is converted to either an Intermediate Social Non-Voting Membership or an Intermediate Full Voting Membership subject to approval of Board of Trustees.

Non-Resident: Non-Resident Membership - Any person over the age of 21 years (a) whose permanent residence is located outside a radius of fifty (50) miles of this corporation’s facilities and premises, and (b) is and has been a Full Voting Member for not less than one (1) year or a Social Non-Voting Member for not less than two (2) years, shall be eligible to become a Non-Resident Member.  Non-Resident Members shall have all of the privileges of membership but may not maintain a boat on corporate premises, vote or hold office therein.
