Applicant's check covering initiation fee and first month dues must accompany application.  Junior and Non-Resident applicants must pay dues annually through December.  Your check will be returned if your application is denied.  All accounts are due and payable on the 10th of the month invoiced.  Past due accounts will not be tolerated.  A credit report will be obtained for each applicant; membership requires a satisfactory credit rating.  All applicants will be subject to any special assessments, which may be in effect during the current fiscal year.

I agree, upon acceptance as a member of the Toledo Yacht Club, to abide by the rules and regulations as established

by the Constitution and By-Laws of the club.  I understand there is a $50.00 club minimum charge for food and drink purchases, not including cash sales, for Full and Social Members, which will be billed to me whether or not I use the club facilities.  I preauthorize the Toledo Yacht Club to charge my Visa/MasterCard for payment of my account if it should become 60 days or more delinquent.
